D&D Wood Hardware Gravity Latch
The D&D Wood Hardware range of powder-coated latches, hinges and accessories for wood gates offer thicker-gauge steel to improve the overall strength and durability of the fittings. A patented polymer bearing and high-tech lubricants prevent binding and superior strength and appearance means no rough edges. The superior powder-coated ?nish is highly corrosion resistant and the fully treated screws included, have a proprietary, corrosion-resistant ?nish applied. The screw heads have additional powder-coated weatherproo?ng. The striker-bolt head prevents the bolt from slipping through the latch, By applying the powder-coated before assembly the hinges will not bind.
The D&D Gravity Latch is suitable for in-swing and out-swing gates and can be released from opposite side using wire. The D&D Gravity Latch is heavy duty for larger wood gates providing a self-latching functionality with the ability to be locked with a padlock. The D&D Gravity Latch is reversible to work on either left hand or right hand applications and in addition, both the latching mechanism and striker bar have a corrosion resistant finish with no rough edges left over from the manufacturing process as any debris is removed before finishing. The D&D Gravity Latch offers the most complete corrosion resistant finish coverage on the market with fully treated fasteners with a proprietary corrosion resistant finish. D&D Gravity Latch can be used in combination with the Wood Hardware spring in order for the gate to be self-closing.
